Blake Nygaard is currently a 4th year medical school at ATSU-KCOM. In the meantime, he enjoys spending time fueling his passion for aerial photography. This interest began in 2015 when Blake purchased his first drone and began experimenting with videos at his cabin on Bone Lake or a catamaran in Grenada. After falling in love with drones, Blake upgraded his drone in 2018 and then again in 2019 to a commercial-grade device that produced higher quality products. This work suits Blake as it allows him to express his creativity while utilizing his attention to detail and accuracy. Combining the professional drone with Blake’s skill and knowledge of photography allows him to capture stunning images and videos from the air that give a unique perspective of important locations and events.
